INFORMATION RETENTION PERIOD

Your payment information is shared with our payment service providers and banks to complete your purchase transactions.
Subject to your consent where required or unless you have opted out, personal information about studio-chomette.com subscribers and account holders (including identity, contact information, subscription history, interests, and user profile), as well as those who contact us (identity, contact information, purpose of request, and response provided), are shared among ECF Group entities for centralised customer relationship management, research, analysis and segmentation, as well as for commercial prospecting purposes.

In the event that all or some of CHOMETTE SAS’s activities are transferred, your Personal Data will be communicated to the acquirer in order to ensure the continuity of the Services and/or, unless you have opted out, for commercial prospecting.
