The Prince de Galles opened its new Japanese gourmet restaurant, Akira Back.

Studio Chomette’s solution: firstly, a bespoke selection of cooking and preparation equipment in the restaurant kitchen. As the brunch offering naturally evolved, so did the desire to introduce more natural-looking display units and buffet stands. The prestigious wood brand Craster was an obvious choice for this catering opportunity.
